2025 Strathmore Stampede Concession Applications re now CLOSED for 2025
There is no waitlist.
The Strathmore Stampede is an annual event that occurs August long weekend in Strathmore, AB. We have the pleasure of seeing 40,000+ people through our rodeo grounds during these four days!
To apply, please complete the vendor application below. Vendors are selected based on various criteria to ensure a diverse lineup; this is not a first-come, first-served process.
Food truck vendors need to be available for set up between 9am - 2pm on July 31st. Vendors MUST remain on-site from 10am - 11pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and from 10am-6pm on Monday- there will be absolutely no exceptions. Vendor vehicles cannot leave the grounds once set up.
Accepted vendors must be able to provide a valid copy of their business license, current Alberta Health Services (AHS) inspection, liability insurance, and a completed food facilities registration form from AHS.
If selected, vendors must pay concession fees within two weeks of invoicing; failure to provide documentation or make payment will forfeit your spot for the next vendor.
Only successful vendors will be contacted in April/May
Applications that are not filled out completely will not be considered
No alcohol sales are permitted
Deadline to apply is March 3, 2025
Please note, vendors that do not require power/have their own generators are preferred as we have limited power sources available.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Hours of Operation
All vendors must be able to operate during the set hours of the Strathmore Stampede
Friday - 11:00am to 11:00pm
Saturday - 11:00am to 11:00pm
Sunday - 11:00am to 11:00pm
Monday - 11:00am to 6:00pm
Bookings:
Vendors must fill out an application form (located above) to be considered. All application forms will be reviewed by the Strathmore Stampede staff. If accepted, a formal contract will be sent to you.
A deposit must be paid immediately after submitting your contract - only applicable to those who receive a contract.
The Strathmore & District Agricultural Society has the right to determine who attends the Strathmore Stampede
Set-Up & Tear-Down:
Set up is Thursday, the day before Stampede
The Strathmore & District Agricultural Society will decide on where you are located throughout the weekend
Tear down is after the grounds are closed on Monday or Tuesday morning.
Power is an additional fee - no adaptors will be provided by the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society. The contract will state what we have available.
Public Liability Insurance:
Vendors must provide proof of at least $2,000,000 public liability insurance. A copy of insurance certificate, naming the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society as an insured party must be sent with your signed agreement
All vendors are required to complete a food facilities registration form supplied by Alberta Health Services.
