Volunteer for the Cowboy Town Concert

Are you passionate about country music and looking to be part of an exciting, high-energy event? We’d love for you to join our team of volunteers at the Cowboy Town Concert! Hosted on June 20th, 2026 with headliner Owen Riegling! As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to be at the heart of the action, helping create an unforgettable experience for attendees while enjoying the lively atmosphere of the concert. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly individuals to assist with various tasks!

ADMISSIONS: Admission booths are run by staff members, and volunteers are asked to help greet customers, assist the staff members with scanning tickets, putting on wristbands, answering questions, and directing traffic.

BEER GARDENS: Greet customers, selling alcoholic beverages to patrons, cash handling, and cash register operations. Must be 18+ for this role and have a Proserve License. Please include a picture of your Proserve card and send it to our office at info@strathmorestampede.com.

PARKING ATTENDANTS: Assist our customers with the parking of their vehicles, directing traffic, and radio communication with other parking directors. Must be 14+ to volunteer in this area.

PEOPLE MOVERS: We need experienced 18+ drivers with a valid driver’s license to transport spectators on our trailer with long bench seats, shuttling them between parking areas and admissions before and after the concert. A fun and important role!

USHERING: Greeting our customers and ensuring that they find their correct grandstand seat in an easy and timely manner, helping those with accessibility needs, checking tickets for accuracy. Must be 13+ or accompanied by an adult for this role.
