Cowboy Town Concert 2026 Volunteer Applications
Are you passionate about country music and looking to be part of an exciting, high-energy event? We’d love for you to join our team of volunteers at the Cowboy Town Concert! Hosted on June 20th, 2026 with headliner Owen Riegling! As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to be at the heart of the action, helping create an unforgettable experience for attendees while enjoying the lively atmosphere of the concert. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly individuals to assist with various tasks!
Volunteer Positions
Admissions: Be the friendly face of the Cowboy Town Concert Series! Greet attendees, help staff with ticket scanning, hand out wristbands, and answer questions. It’s a fun way to interact with people and play a key role in making their experience memorable.
Beer Gardens: Join the fun at our various beverage stations! Greet customers, sell drinks, handle cash, and operate the register. Must be 18+ and have a valid Proserve. Don’t forget to send a picture of your Proserve card to emily@strathmorestampede.com to complete your application!
Parking Attendants: Help keep things running smoothly by assisting attendees with parking, directing traffic, and communicating with other parking staff. It’s a great way to stay active and be part of the event’s flow. Must be 14+ to volunteer in this area!
Ushering (GRANDSTAND): Welcome guests with a smile and guide them to their seats in the grandstand, ensuring a smooth and speedy experience. Assist those with special needs and check tickets for accuracy. Must be 13+ or accompanied by an adult.
