If selected, vendors must pay concession fees within two weeks of invoicing; failure to provide all documentation or make payment will forfeit their spot for the next vendor.
The Strathmore & District Agricultural Society has the right to determine who attends the Strathmore Stampede. Vendors are selected based on various criteria to ensure a diverse lineup; this is not a first-come, first-served process.
