Concession/Food Truck Application
GENERAL INFORMATION
Hours of Operation
All vendors must be able to operate during the set hours of the Strathmore Stampede. There will be absolutely no exceptions to these operating times.
Concession operating time is 5:00pm-12:00am, June 20th, 2026.
Food Trucks/Vendor Vehicles are not permitted to leave the grounds once set up. In the event the vendor sells out of food, vendor must stay parked but may close the windows until the event ends.
Bookings:
To apply, please complete the vendor application. All application forms will be reviewed by the Cowboy Town Concert staff. If accepted, vendors will be contacted with a formal contract in April, 2026. Applications that are not filled out completely will not be considered.
If selected, vendors must pay concession fees within two weeks of invoicing; failure to provide all documentation or make payment will forfeit their spot for the next vendor.
The Strathmore & District Agricultural Society has the right to determine who attends the Cowboy Town Concert. Vendors are selected based on various criteria to ensure a diverse lineup; this is not a first-come, first-served process. Limited spaces are available for food truck vendors.
Set-Up & Tear-Down:
Set up is Friday, June 19th, 2026, from 10am-2pm. Vendors will not be able to access the grounds outside of this time for set-up.
The Strathmore & District Agricultural Society will decide on where you are located for the duration of the event.
Tear down is after 12:00am. Vendors are not permitted to begin tear down prior to this time.
Power is an additional fee - no adaptors will be provided by the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society. The contract will state what we have available. Please note, vendors that do not require power/have their own generators are preferred.
Vendors must include accurate information regarding extra trailers, generators and power requirements. If vendor arrives with any of the above that has not been approved, use will not be permitted and a fine will apply.
Public Liability Insurance:
Accepted vendors must be able to provide a valid copy of their business license, current Alberta Health Services (AHS) inspection, liability insurance, and a completed food facilities registration form from AHS.
All vendors are required to complete a food facilities registration form supplied by Alberta Health Services.
No alcohol sales are permitted.
Application Deadline is March 6, 2026.
