Concession/Food Truck Applications are now OPEN
The Cowboy Town Concert is an annual event that occurs in Strathmore at the Strathmore Rodeo Grounds. Join us on June 21st as Cooper Alan headlines the 2025 Cowboy Town Concert!
Limited spaces are available for food truck vendors.
To apply, please complete the vendor application below. Vendors are selected based on various criteria to ensure a diverse lineup; this is not a first-come, first-served process.
Food truck vendors need to be available for set up between 10 am - 2 pm on June 21st. The event begins at 5 pm and vendors MUST remain on-site until the concert concludes around 11 pm- there will be absolutely no exceptions. Vendor vehicles cannot leave the grounds once set up. If you sell out of food, you will need to stay parked but may close your windows until the event ends.
Accepted vendors must be able to provide a valid copy of their Business License, current Alberta Health Services (AHS) inspection, liability insurance, and a completed food facilities registration form from AHS.
If selected, vendors must pay concession fees within two weeks of invoicing; failure to provide documentation or make payment will forfeit your spot for the next vendor.
Only successful vendors will be contacted in April
