    Bookings:

    • To apply, please complete the vendor application. All application forms will be reviewed by the Strathmore Stampede staff. If accepted, vendors will be contacted with a formal contract in April/May. Applications that are not filled out completely will not be considered.

    • If selected, vendors must pay concession fees within two weeks of invoicing; failure to provide all documentation or make payment will forfeit their spot for the next vendor.

    • The Strathmore & District Agricultural Society has the right to determine who attends the Strathmore Stampede. Vendors are selected based on various criteria to ensure a diverse lineup; this is not a first-come, first-served process.

    Set-Up & Tear-Down:

    • Set up is Thursday, July 30th, 2026, from 9am-2pm. Vendors will not be able to access the grounds outside of this time for set-up.

    • The Strathmore & District Agricultural Society will decide on where you are located for the duration of the event.

    • Tear down is after 6:00pm on Monday, August 3rd, 2026. Vendors are not permitted to begin tear down prior to this time.

    • Power is an additional fee - no adaptors will be provided by the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society. The contract will state what we have available. Please note, vendors that do not require power/have their own generators are preferred.

    Public Liability Insurance:

    • Vendors must provide proof of at least $2,000,000 public liability insurance. A copy of insurance certificate, naming the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society as an insured party must be sent with your signed agreement.

    • Accepted vendors must be able to provide a valid copy of their business license, current Alberta Health Services (AHS) inspection, liability insurance, and a completed food facilities registration form from AHS.

    • All vendors are required to complete a food facilities registration form supplied by Alberta Health Services.

    • No alcohol sales are permitted.
